And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. - Khalil Gibran

Isn't nature beautiful?

I guess that is something, we possibly hear quite often, especially, when we get too caught up in the digital world, we somehow live in. Sadly, a lot of us care most about likes and online appreciation. Suddenly, everything else doesn't get noticed anymore, since we are in kind of a swirl, that drags us deeper into addiction. Our minds aren't in the present moment, we worry about the lifes of others and start to compare ourselves.
When it all get's to much, it feels like a wave breaking at the shore or like something shattering into a million tiny pieces. Often, these are signs of mental overload. To prevent this state of mind, let this be a reminder to live in the moment, try to see things you might never have noticed before and train yourself to see the tiny magic the world delivers to us. Never take life and the way you live for granted. Practice gratitude and put your phone down, if possible. Of course, it will be hard at first, but soon you will be gifted with new ideas and inspiration. Until then, take care.
